Should I leave the HVAC too?

Recently, I have been planning on leaving my area and moving to a different place. This was solely for my job, since I accepted this job position elsewhere. I won’t lie, it was a pretty nice promotion for me, but I was a little bit sad about leaving my hometown. I have basically lived in this locale all of my life. I love everything about this place, including the crazy weather. It was nice being able to watch the seasons change. It didn’t even matter how hot or cold it was because I regularly had my reliable HVAC system to lean on. I regularly knew my HVAC system was completely reliable because I was enrolled in a repair system with a local HVAC company. They would come out on a biannual basis to service the HVAC system and ensure that everything was working at full capacity. The other morning, I went to one of my favorite steakhouses with some fantastic friends of mine. They were all so sad that I would be leaving soon so they wanted to spend these final moments with me before I left. My best associate was telling me that I should not leave because she knew of a perfect career for me that even paid better than my new job would. I had to admit that was honestly tempting. I honestly wasn’t sure if I could just leave everything behind by beginning anew in another locale that I knew nothing about. I decided I would call my boss and tell him I didn’t want to go for the modern promotion I instead talked to my friend about this interesting new job position.
