When I go on getaway, the last thing that I want to deal with is the a/c. I do not get to take time away from my work really often, and I want to have a legitimately uneventful week when I do go. I want to be certain that I am staying in a site that has dependable appliances and that I will be as relaxed as possible while I am away from work. However, the last time I took a getaway, I ended up with a huge problem. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C component in our rental home stopped functioning several afternoons into our trip, and I had a difficult time getting the property manager to send a Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker out to service it. I was legitimately frustrated by the entire situation. They told me that they would have an Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker right after I called, but 24 hours later, he hadn’t arrived. It turns out, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C company they used was closed, and nobody ever came out to fix it. I was left without anywhere to cool off in the afternoons after I had been out hiking and fishing, and I was unable to get fall asleep at night. An A/C is a must-have, especially on a giant getaway. It was the middle of July, and I never even pondered that I would have to go without a cooling system. I will never use that rental company again because I do not want to have to live without an air conditioner on vacation again. Next time I go on getaway, I will check to make sure the Heating, Ventilation and A/C component is in great shape.
