I personally use a boiler system for everything around my home. The boiler is my massive heating system. The heater stays within the basement and the heat travels through vents in my floor. Then my whole home can be heated by the boiler system. The boiler is also hooked up to my water tank. It heats my home and serves as hot water tank. I got the boiler given it can serve two jobs together and run efficiently. Also a boiler is referred to as being super hardy and needing very little maintenance. Well the other day I realized that my boiler was making several weird noises. I had a feeling it would break down on me. I knew I needed to get a professional to look at it. I then realized I did not know who to call. Since the boiler serves as a water heater I feel like a plumber needs to see it. It has to work with piping and heating. The boiler also serves as my home heating system. So that makes me presume a HVAC contractor also may help out the boiler system. Was it more of a plumbing issue or a HVAC problem? I deduced that it has not been the piping and heat in the shower. It was not some sort of plumbing issue. The boiler made a rattling noise when it was heating my home. So that means I needed to call a HVAC provider to look at my boiler. I think the HVAC business will be able to handle it. I already contacted them and made the appointment.
