HVAC in an older motel

There’s an old, abandoned motel near my house. It is a really alarming place. Years ago it must have been a nice place to rent a space. Now it looks more like a set from a horror movie. Sometimes I wander around the lands of the old motel and wonder what it seemed like when it was first built. I wonder what the plumbing fixtures like toilets and sinks seemed like before they became chipped in addition to smashed by vandals. I also am curious as to what sort of heating and air conditioning was available in the various motel rooms. I wonder if they used old steam radiators? Did they also have window unit air conditioners to fascinate the rooms to desired environments? Those old-fashioned motel air conditioners always discover a method to leak water on the carpet. Those old AC units also make much more noise. The air that comes from the vents smells musty. I realize it’s easy for mold to grow in the vents of those old Ac units. Motels are so cheap they probably never change the environment filters or have a reputable HVAC company inspect and sparkle the AC machines. If someone were to open a brand-new motel on that part of property today, they might invest a great deal of money in hiring a top local HVAC provider to put multi split air conditioning systems around each room. Maybe with an appropriate air purification filter. That could be the right thing to do. Regardless, that old motel is scary. No matter what sort of thing involving heating and air conditioning it traditionally had.
